Yes, the problem of human organization, government is merely the apex of that. The problem is, anarchism is organized as well - the presumption of orderly without coercion. Just as misguided as Marx. It amuses me no end that the Bolsheviks repeated the mistake of Kropotkin's peasant idealization.
It isn't that we can't imagine something different, its that our natures work against that. We are hierarchical tribal people still, impressed by baubles and feats and most of us quite willing to be led even by bad leadership rather than having to lead or fend for ourselves.
